Synopsis:
Ick (2025), directed by Joseph Kahn, follows Hank Wallace (Brandon Routh)—a former high school football hero turned science teacher—who returns to his small hometown of Eastbrook. A creeping alien plant parasite, known as “the_Ick,” has quietly spread, while hometown life goes on. When the alien threat finally reveals its destructive nature during a school prom, Hank, his perceptive student Grace (played by Malina Weissman), and his former girlfriend Staci (Mena Suvari) must fight to save their town while navigating secrets, awkward family revelations, and personal redemption.
